Each of Positively Good Nutrition's 4 Weight Loss Programmes provides bespoke nutrition and lifestyle coaching, simple food menus, easy, tasty recipes and is built around your daily routine, lifestyle and food preferences.

What can Positively Good Nutrition support?

An individual food plan will be designed to help you:

Extra support available with hypnotherapy

In addition to the above, I am also pleased to offer a unique Weight Management programme “Food for Thought” in collaboration with Nicola Schramm, Clinical Hypnotherapist. Hypnotherapy has been shown to be a positive aide to promoting a healthy relationship with food and regaining health and well being. How long does it take?

Programmes typically require a 12-week period in order to see a change in health or weight. Individual appointments to suit your needs are also available.

What does it cost?

Package prices vary according to level of support required. Comprehensive programmes below start at £295*.

What is included?

Each of Positively Good Nutrition's 4 Weight Loss Programmes includes:

  • A full in-depth health assessment including dietary overview, medical and family history, sleep, stress management and level of activity.
  • Personalised nutrition and lifestyle program based entirely on your goals.
  • Practical, adaptable recipes and resources.
  • Identifying which foods to eat and, if indicated, which to avoid and rationale.
  • Health coaching to help you fully understand personal health needs and your chosen programme and to help you identify and overcome potential challenges.
  • Support in person, via email, text or face time according to your specific needs and chosen programme.

Further support with home visits, shopping and cooking tutorials can also be arranged as additional appointments to help support the transition to achieve optimal health and making lifestyle changes.

  • A 12-week programme that is ideal for those who have significant ill health, weight concerns and seeking speedy progress. Flexibility to work around your commitments, offering dedicated, tailored support to provide you with exactly what to do and how to do it.
  • Initial assessment (90 minutes)
  • Simple action plan with Nutrition Success Formula, Personal Development Record, weekly coaching calls, unlimited email support, bespoke support as required
  • Weekly contact in person or agreed medium (30 minutes)
  • Personalised meal planning and tracking, specific shopping advice

FOOD FOR THOUGHT

PROGRAMME INCLUDES
  • Combines nutrition and health coaching with a course of hypnotherapy. Six sessions - four nutrition and two hypnotherapy - with fortnightly appointments recommended with addition email support. Telephone and Skype consultations are also available.
  • 1st – Nutrition assessment, personal goals and recommendations
  • 2nd – Hypnotherapy session to reinforce your goals and vision, plus receive an exclusive hypnotherapy download
  • 3rd – Nutrition follow-up
  • 4th - Hypnotherapy session to assist with releasing old negative patterns of eating and help counteract particular ‘comfort foods’, reinforcing your individual vision and goals
